Lathe Cutting
I am now offering affordable lathe cut records to cater to independent labels and artists, with no minimum order quantity and short lead times. All records are individually cut in my studio in Clapton, East London.
Unlike traditional acetate dub plates I use specialist blanks, similar to PVC, designed for lathe cutting. These offer excellent reproduction of audio with the durability and sound quality of a traditionally pressed heavyweight record. I am happy to offer test cuts from your audio prior to order runs so you can hear how they sound.
I also offer full colour centre label printing as standard along with basic sleeve options.
Pricing:
Projects are priced on an individual basis as it is dependent on track runtimes. As a rough guideline (for short runs of 10+); 7”s start at £11.50 for a double sided single, up to 3:30 a side. 12”s start at £15 for a double sided single, up to 7:00 a side.
7”/10”/12” all available at both 33 and 45RPM. One off cuts also available on request.
